## 4. Shipping Policy **Handmade production and arrival timeframe** Every Barnwood Works table is handmade by our team. Please allow up to **two calendar months from the date of purchase for your table to arrive**. This is the complete production-to-delivery period, including making, finishing, packing and shipping your table. Any different timeframe must be disclosed and agreed before purchase or subsequently agreed with you in writing. A customer-requested amendment that affects timing will be accompanied by a revised date for your agreement. We do not restart the delivery period without notice or impose an indefinite extension. **Destinations, charges and delivery service** Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout or in a written quote provided before payment. Delivery is available only to destinations we confirm we can serve. The applicable service, including any limits on room delivery, stairs, assembly or installation, will be disclosed before purchase. Do not assume a service is included unless the listing or order confirmation states it is. **Dispatch and delivery coordination** We will send dispatch confirmation by email and provide carrier tracking or freight delivery details when available. Creating a shipping label alone does not mean the table has been handed to the carrier. Where a carrier needs an appointment or access information, please respond promptly so delivery can be arranged. **Delivery information and access** You are responsible for entering the correct address and contact details and checking that the table can fit through the intended access route using the published dimensions. Notify us promptly of any error. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible. Where failed delivery is caused by incorrect information you supplied or an agreed appointment you missed, we may request reasonable, documented redelivery or storage charges where lawful. We will explain those charges before arranging further service. This does not apply where the problem was caused by us or our carrier, and does not authorise automatic forfeiture of the purchase price. **Delays** If we expect to miss the agreed timeframe, we will notify you promptly with the reason, proposed revised date and available options. We will obtain consent to a delay where required and provide cancellation and refund options required by law. Carrier problems, material shortages or customs processing do not automatically remove your rights or authorise us to retain payment indefinitely. For orders subject to US shipping rules, we will follow the required delay-consent or refund process. We will not shift charges to you that the law requires us to pay or that we agreed were included. Contact us if a customs request appears inconsistent with your order. **Damage, loss and delivery responsibility** Please inspect the packaging and table when reasonably possible and report visible damage promptly, ideally within 48 hours. Take photographs if practical and retain packaging while the issue is assessed. This requested reporting period does not shorten statutory rights, and signing for delivery does not waive hidden-damage claims. If a shipment is missing or tracking incorrectly shows delivery, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and provide any legally required remedy. A tracking scan is evidence to consider, not conclusive proof against a genuine non-delivery claim. We remain responsible for the shipment until it reaches you or your nominated recipient to the extent required by law.
